OK. UPDATE. So here is what the final verdict is after inspecting old turbos and all systems on car.

1. Confirmed, oil leaking on front turbo.
2. Fuel level sensor malfunction caused car to stop because car had no fuel.
3. Walbro 450 high flows from direct factory are NOT compatible with Precision Raceworks LPFP Stage 3 manifold - DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM WALBRO - Buy replacement LPFP units from Precision Raceworks if you have their stage 2 or 3 or 4 kits. The Walbro factory units are not machined to fit the Precision Raceworks kits. I forced the install and the factory units worked for only 2 weeks then gave up because they had no seals for the PR LPFP manifold. There was a cut up o ring inside the manifold channel when I inspected.
4. The milky foam buildup in the Low Side Oil Catch Can was most likely due to the leaky front turbo seeping into the inlets and into the breathing ecosystem.

Note on Pure High Flow install: After installation, you may need to adjust your wastegate in MHD to silence rattle. This apparently in normal in Pure units and they have documented the need.

OK, all done and took for a test drive. Here are first impressions.
Without a tune it is still stronger than stock snails. It is louder air motion as well as exhaust note.
There is rattle around 1400-1500 rpm...when let off the gas.
If I Set Waste Gate Fix in MHD to 50%, that kinda takes it away but not a proper solution. I will contact Pure directly and get their instructions. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this and this is not a big deal. If I set WG fix in MHD at 80% it goes apeshit and rattles like a can of coins super loud where people on the street stare at me. For now I am de-activating WG fix in MHD and will talk to Pure to get their instructions.

Note: If you have the Motiv FF and you keep changing options on the MHD and reflashing...eventually, the FF unit will give you a 'go to hell' message and your ethanol will get stuck at 100%..which is impossible. So if that happens, you will have to reflash again and shut the car off and leave it for a few minutes. This happened to me while I was on a test drive and I nearly shit my pants as it gave me flashbacks to the time when the FF unit really did go kaputt and I had to tow the car home. Once that unit goes south, you're pretty much screwed because you got a tank of e85 and you cannot drive it stock flash because stock doesn't use ethanol.

SO: I ordered another FF unit and will keep it as a back up unit in my glove box JUST FOR the off chance that the current FF unit goes south. Mind you that FF unit I have now is a replacement from Motiv under warranty from a few months ago.

Why on Earth would you have a spare flex fuel module? If it does die, just flash a regular ethanol map and then drive home.

If you have enough paranoia to keep a spare flex fuel module in your glove box, I start to wonder where you are keeping the spare n54 every time you go on a drive because that little box is infinitely more reliable than the engine.

You cannot I repeat cannot flash a regular map with the ff pin connected you will brick your dme . Do not under any circumstances do this you are sending signal into the dme that it is not expecting so without the changes to the base logic you cant have that original sensor disconnected and the ff one connected. You may be able to unplug the ff sensor from dme I am not sure on that one I would ask jayoma first.
